She boosted her career by appearing in advertisements for the apparel company 'GUESS'. Her debut film was the horror flick "Turistas'. She rose to prominence in the second half of the 1990s. The latter part of the 90s was when she was employed to model for GUESS. Halle Berry has been a Revlon spokesperson since the year 2005. Jessica Biel is also one of her spokesmodels. Garrett was one of the main actors in a Crossfade "Cold" music video. She was in the horror film Turistas after beginning her career with three appearances on television episodes, including a pilot and performances on Entourage. The film Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (the sequel to Fantastic Four), she appeared as Frankie Raye. In 2009, in the spring Garrett filmed her 2010 movie Tron: Legacy in Vancouver, British Columbia, with her Turistas co-star Olivia Wilde In 2010, Garrett was also in"Remorse," the Season 6 House episode "Remorse" together co-starring with Olivia Wilde.
